Last night was the POD concert at Nation.  Holy Moly, it was Phattie McGee!  The doors opened at 6pm,  we got in there at about 6:30, and BlindSide went on at 7.  Blindside was aiet, their only saving grace was their energy, and the crowd wanting to do something.  Anything.  Phoenix TX went on after that, they were actually better than I thought they'd be.  Some guy in the mosh pit nailed me with his forehead right on my brow.   That messed me up slightly.  Then, POD.  Oh yes.  What an amazing set POD played.  Colin Smith and I were at Ground Zero, like five feet away from the guard rail in from of the stage.  Then I put him up and he crowd surfed and that was the last time I saw him, for a while at least.  I had/have never been in a crowd of people like the one in front of the lead singer of POD last night.  You could only move when the crowd deemed you worthy, and it was only nine THOUSAND degrees there. All I cold see was the steam rising off all of the bodies .  By the time I left that C.F.,  my shirt was so wet, it looked like I got out of a pool,  of sweat.    I actually wrung my shirt out.  Quite a pungent smell that was.

It's Halloween today!  I love pink gorillas.  I went to school as one, for all of you people who were too unfortunate to actually see me.  Ask Varta, though.  She was the poor fool who had to redo my Velcro every ten seconds. Varta, you're my hero.  I wish I could've taken pictures, but I dropped the digital camera on the way out of the house and my dad kirked.  Oh well.  My friends got plenty of regular pictures.

So much has happened in the past 24 hours that I have no idea where to start.  I think tomorrow I'm going to break down and tell all.  In the meantime, I'm going to school tomorrow as a gorilla, a pink one at that.   Come see.

"PpieLiz7:   Well.... maybe its b/c you liked her so much and you were too scared to show her who you really are."
Ahhh, so true, so true.

I hate Mondays.  Its the longest time before another weekend.  I made a billion updates to this site recently.  Look around and keep hitting "refresh". They should come up.   I've added an archive to the "news" section, which you should see above.  I've also redone the Photo Gallery section of the site.
Come to Reston tonight to eat s'mores with us.  It's going to be fun.

Politics suck.  I hate them so much.  I hate irony.  Hannah and I are officially finished.  Done.  The irony in this present situation is enough that I'm sure God is laughing right now.  Fear not, readers.  I am quite positive that you all will hear the very longwinded version of this story soon,  I just have to wait for Hannah to think about everything right now and give me the OK to write about it, as some (err, most) of the elements of the story that make it ironic are not related to me, and it is not right for me to write about those who do not give consent.   "Such are the vicissitudes of life." - Mr. Moss' college roommate.
